All presenters must make Early-Bird Registration by Nov. 30 (JST).
Without Early-Bird Registration, presentation (oral/poster) is to be cancelled.
Onsite Registration
The registration desk will be open during the conference (from April 2 to 7). For those who wish to register on-site during the conference, only cash (Japanese Yen) can be accepted. We will not accept payment by credit cards, with which there is a possibility to have unexpected payment errors, especially for international transactions, to avoid troubles.

Cancellation Policy (All dates are based on Japan Standard Time (JST: UTC+9))
Until December 20, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded.
From December 21 to January 20, 60% of the registration fee will be refunded.
From January 21 to February 20, 30% of the registration fee will be refunded.
On & after February 21, no refund.
